Presenting......

....here are the first pics of our newest member to our family....I went for an ultrasound yesterday to confirm my due date...which is still June 5th, 2008. Bring on the summer baby!!

It was kinda weird seeing the baby at this stage...we didn't get to see Trenton when he was that small.....I didn't need an ultrasound for him...I knew the exact date he was conceived!!! ;0) So it's kinda neat to see the baby at this stage...he/she is SO tiny...my sister-in-law thinks it's a girl and she's been right predicting two other pregnancies...so only time will tell if she's right!!!

This was Trenton's first Halloween for Trick or Treating!!! Mya and he went out for over an hour together!! It was COLD! The wind was blowing like crazy...but it was fun! Thanks for letting us tag along Brad & Melissa (& Sydney!)...we had TONS of fun!!

Okay, so we got another costume to try on....and Trenton might be a cow now!!! :D He's SO cute! I'll have to tie up his tail though...don't need that dragging on the ground!!! He's the cutest little cow I've ever seen!!

Bug-a-boo's hair...

Trenton got his hair cut today....we went to Cookie Cutters again.....it's a fun place that specializes in cutting kids' hair!! They get to sit in cool chairs and watch movies...it's tons of fun!! But SOME kids don't like going.....mine's number one on the list...(I even tried to bribe him with Mickey D's....I know....I'm a bad mother!!! I was trying anything!!!)

BBQ Pizza....

Okay.....so I tried making pizza on the BBQ last night!! AND IT WORKED!!! Not trying to brag here, but I thought it tasted pretty good....THANKS TIM for the recipe! (and Jenn!!)


Here's our toppings....yes, I know there's a lot of meat but Jason likes meat lovers pizza and seeing that is was personal pizza night, I thought I'd make him that! (We usually don't eat that cuz I don't like that much meat. But he let me put some veggies on it too!)


Trenton INHALED it! He loved his pizza! Yes, he had his own pizza! But seriously, he devoured it! I'm so glad he liked it! I think I'll have to make it again!


This was mine! I have tomatoes, red peppers, mushrooms, fresh basil from my little garden, and a little bit of ground beef.



Enjoying supper...yuppers....outside! It was just too nice outside to sit inside. We HAD to eat outside! And yes, Jason and I sat at Trenton's little picnic table. (We need a patio set!!) We were gonna try Trenton sitting at his table but he wouldn't stay sitting at it so we brought out his chair!!! (notice the one sandal!?! I think it's funny that he's shoeless)...

A Glimpse Into My Future......

I just had to post this picture.....I think this is going to be a glimpse into my future.....Trenton is already REALLY good with the hockey stick and ball.....AND he even cheers for himself!! (It's actually quite funny to see that!!!) But this picture is priceless....it looks like he's SO into this magazine....it's my desktop right now!!! :D I will be proud to wear the hockey mom buttons and sweaters and shirts...etc....can't wait!

I wish I could be a gourmet chef for kids!!!

This was Trenton's supper tonight!!

I have read before to get your kids to eat the certain foods, you should use cookie cutters to make the veggies and cheese into different shapes to make it interesting for them...not that we need to help Trenton with the eating department...he's a great eater...but I still like to make his lunch eye-catching...it's fun to pretend I'm a chef at a cool restaurant...

I almost made a plate for me.

That's a pretty good supper for a 17-month old!!!

I used to have Ants on a Log...(celery with peanut butter and raisins)...when I was a kid and I love them! Still do!! (There was five to start with.....one didn't make the plate....it's quality control!!) There were no "ants" though (I'm out of raisins!).

This was our supper!! I got a cool BBQ wok today so I made BBQ veggies and seasoned pork chops! YUMMO!!

I am so happy!!

Trenton started feeding himself with a spoon this week.....he's done it before...just not on a regular basis!! But it's been two nights in a row....it gets pretty messy but it makes me happy!!!

You have to listen VERY CLOSELY to the video....there's a part where I ask him if it's good and closer to the end......well, just watch and you see! (It's really cute!!)




One more milestone in his journey of life!!! My little baby is growing up!!!!

You’re getting so big…I cannot believe you’re 16 months already….it seems like yesterday that I found out I was pregnant. That was over two years ago now and you’ve turned into quite the little man. You can walk, you’re starting to talk, you love life; your smile lights up the room!
I love that you explore your world around you…whether it’s the smallest piece of dirt on the floor to picking dandelions for mommy…your cute little red sun hat frames your beautiful smiling face as you hand me the flowers…little rays of sunshine that brighten up my day like you do. I can be down in the dumps and one look at you smiling or dancing or just being cute, and all is washed away. Your cute little “ah rov ya” (translation: I Love You) makes my day complete.
It warms my heart like the sunshine behind you to be your mother…this was my second Mother’s Day…well, actually my third according to me – I knew I was pregnant in May 2005…but I didn’t tell anyone then….I knew you were there…and you’ve made each one very special. I am truly blessed to have you as my son and I cannot wait to see what life has in store for you as you grow and become who and what you will be for the rest of your life!!

Have a happy day everyone!!! Just thought I'd post this picture of my handsome little man to make you laugh today!! We were cleaning stuff out for the yard sale this weekend and I found these awful glasses and put them on Trenton!!! Doesn't he look adorable?!?! I'm a little biased too though!!! I just love this expression!!! (This will become a layout I'm sure!!!!)
